**Job Title : Technical Executive
**Job Description:
Reporting to the Technical Director (TD) the Pathway Manager (PM), FS Technical Subcommitee, and any official or Senior Management that Fencing Singapore may assign; and he/she is responsible for the followings:
1. Organising of Technical Course for Coaches
2. Organising of Technical Course for Officials (Referee / DTs / Armourer)
3. Assist in the development of Coaches and Officials
4. Assist during local & locally-organised international fencing competitions
5. Assist in high performance matters within the team in athletes’ development
6. Work closely with Finance Personnel on finance matters on activities carried out
7. Liaise with affiliates / school clubs of the Association on general admin matters through quarterly updates and ad-hoc correspondences on all matters
**Qualification Requirements:
- Diploma in Physical Education and/or Sports Sciences; University degree would be preferred.
- Previous experience in events / course management and organization would preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, independent worker, and a proven Team player. The ability to lead would be advantageous.
- Applicants must be able to independently communicate (written and spoken) in English.
- Excellent analytical, evaluation and planning skills would be advantageous.
- High level of computer literacy would be preferred.
- Must be willing to work extended hours and on weekends.
