About the Role

As a Senior Executive in ITE, your challenge is to formulate, review, and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement upgrading of ITE's facilities, including managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Formulate and implement systems and procedures to ensure well-managed projects compliant with statutory requirements.
  • Manage contractors to ensure contractual obligations and deliverables are met.
Qualifications
  • Relevant educational qualifications in M&E Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Building, Estates Management, or other building-related disciplines.
  • At least 2 years of relevant work experience.
  • Good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
