Senior Executive - Customer Relations (ITE College East)

Role Overview: As a Senior Executive, your challenge is to formulate, review, and implement policies and processes in specific functional areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the Experience ITE Centre to promote the ITE brand of education.
  • Lead Outreach Events & Programmes, including career fairs, talks, workshops, and learning journeys.
  • Develop and manage engaging content for social media platforms to enhance online presence.
  • Mentor & guide Student Leaders, serving as staff advisor for the Student Ambassadors CCA Club.
  • Support cross-functional projects and events in collaboration with other departments.

Candidate Profile: Looking for team players with creative thinking and strong communication skills. Ideally, candidates will have:

  • At least 2 years of experience in outreach, marketing, events management, or social media.
  • Strong digital skills, especially in AI tools and content creation, along with administrative strengths.
  • Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills.
  • A collaborative spirit and genuine interest in engaging youths and young adults.
