Support & Operations- We are looking for a Strategy and Operations Manager in Indonesia to join our SEA Market Strategy Operations (MSO) team. You will be responsible for business analysis and insights, business planning, regional operating processes and managing cross-functional projects, as well as be the Indonesia market expert. In this position, you will work closely with local functional leadership and report to the Head of MSO, APAC. The role is based in Jakarta.

- What You'll Do
- Business Planning and Operational Processes:

- Working with the regional MSO team, Managing Director and functional leads to formulate local strategy in line with Spotify’s overall global strategy- To develop the regional planning process and framework, and drive execution locally- Driving the operating processes locally by crafting efficiency, removing obstacles and improving processes, tracking of budgets and initiatives as part of the business plan- Ensuring communication and alignment between all teams, taking charge of internal communications initiatives with a specific focus on the Indonesian market- Directly support the Indonesia market and subscriber growth operation- Represent the company to key industry partners in Indonesia in support of local functions- Be a senior leader disseminating the Spotify culture, crafting an environment to encourage and empower cross functional teams locallyBusiness Reviews and Reporting:

- Tracking periodic performance of market important metrics- Drive the process, framework and output of market analysis and business reviews, regionally and locallyMarket Analysis and Insights:

- Competitive monitoring and maintaining a full view of the industry both regionally and locally- Anticipate key emerging consumer and creator trends in the industry- Providing the functions with the insights and knowledge needed to drive decisions and define strategy- Develop a high level of local market expertise and represent the market in internal strategic and operational contexts- Build insights and knowledge needed to drive decisions and define strategy for specific functionsSupport Critical initiatives:

- Identifying, evaluating and completing strategic market opportunities and business improvement projects- Stepping in and implementing alongside functions when neededWho You Are
- You have a minimum of 10+ years proven experience in an early/growth stage internet company and/or management consulting firm
- Experience of operating in both an Indonesian and international business and organisational context
- Prior experience and curiosity about internet / technology / digital media / music in Indonesia
- Proven know-how in consumer and growth marketing
- Passionate about music, podcast and audio creator industries
- Organized, process-driven strategic thinker with an understanding of planning and budgeting
- Strong project management skills; disciplined approach to managing processes and controls
- Proven record to develop in-market business opportunities, commercially and strategically
- Proficient in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Ability to speak and write persuasive communication to senior level executives
- Outstanding presentation skills and ability to build concise and illustrative presentations
- Critical thinker with good business judgement
- Generalist skill set that is equally comfortable analyzing data, coordinating internal events or managing cross-functional projects
- Genuine, confident, flexible and fun attitude
- Self-starter with the ability to build effective relationships in a distributed working environment
