Our client is a well-established brand in the Veterinary Services Industry and is now looking for a passionate and driven
**Marketing Content Creator **to join their team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Ability to design marketing content.
- Ability to professionally manage social media accounts over various social media platforms such as Instagram, Youtube, Tiktok, Facebook, Linkedin, etc.
- Able to generate good ideas to entice customers for social media campaigns and have a keen eye for design.
- Good photography and videography skills and post-production edits.
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Manage, monitor, track and analyze the campaigns’ effectiveness.
- Develop and execute content strategy (social media, newsletter, etc.) and manage the overall content calendar for all digital channels.
- Quality copywriting for social media, marketing campaigns, and press releases.
- Conduct regular market research and analyze trends.
- Liaise with both internal and external partners and retailers.
- Secure brand partnerships, and plan and execute KOL campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
- Manage inquiries, feedback, and complaints from customers.
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customers through quick and accurate responses.
- Other ad hoc duties.

**Qualifications**:

- Portfolio to be presented during interview.
- Minimum 4 years of working experience in a related field.
- Tertiary education is not required but is a plus.

**Other requirements**:

- A keen eye for details and the ability to deliver quality deliverables and accurate work.
- Strong understanding of social media marketing and content production.
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with partners, retailers, and customers.
- Good time management and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in an independent, structured, and goal-oriented manner.
- Ability to see through projects from start to end.
- Compassion and passion for animals and pets.
- Any formal work experience in the pet industry is a plus.
