Our Client is a public-listed leading healthcare service provider dedicated towards delivering holistic health and wellness services specially catered to the modern family.

**OPERATIONS EXECUTIVE**
- Work closely with Operation Manager and other internal stakeholders on assigned operational support functions to achieve operational efficiency and ensure smooth execution of works;
- Manage the procurement of medical supplies;
- Sourcing of medical suppliers;
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors to ensure pricing, quality and deliveries objectives are met;
- Maintain and manage drug inventory. Liaise with clinic in-charge for new and/or reorders;
- Collate invoices for processing;
- Conduct quarterly stock take within all clinics;
- Ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned by the management.
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably from the healthcare industry;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- A team player who can work under minimum supervision;
- Ability to multi-task and good problem solving skills;
- Proficient in Microsoft office.
