**Responsibilities**:

- You need to plan the daily deployment of drivers on a routine and adhoc basis, ensuring that operations requirements are fulfilled.
- You need to update Navision system for work orders, driver/vehicle/customer details, customer complaints, driver leave dates and other necessary information
- Able to check all work order to ensure all planned jobs are fulfilled and understand the reason for non-fulfilment
- You need to inform customers promptly for any unfulfilled jobs
- Pick up calls and attend to all queries
- You need take orders from customers
- Able to handle all cashcard related matters for drivers (eg: top up, replacement etc)
- Submit Job Sheets to HR Department daily
- You need to work with Engineering Department on all truck and containers/bins maintenance/repair/servicing matters
- You need to ensure drivers only take certified OTC/Compactors to NEA
- You nee to responsible for a smooth and effective operations on a day-to-day basis
- Able to provide instructions to operations on the ground and have overall control of resource/manpower deployment to ensure smooth operations.
- Able to assist to arrange for Drivers’ Meeting and prepare presentation materials

**Job Requirements**
- You must have a Diploma from a local polytechnic, relevant experience in Operations Centre/Command Centres may also apply.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- You must able to multi-task and handle stress
- You must be Diligent, willing to learn and team player
- You must is a possess positive attitude with strong sense of responsibility
- You must have a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel will be an advantage
- Comfortable using systems/software
- Must be able to work on weekends, public holidays and on rotating shifts (5.5 day work week)

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Shift system
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- work: 2 years (preferred)
