The role of the Visitor Relationship Executive (VRE) is to ensure smooth operations of the Information Counter, and to coordinate event-related works by managing the team. He/she should also supervise the team and ensure that all the respective roles of the SVROs, VROs, GMO and EMO are being performed. The VRE shall also conduct Gallery Tours as and when required.

**Scope of Work**:
i. Oversee the team of VMS and ensure smooth operations atthe Information Counter and the SSG daily.

ii. Track VMS’ daily attendance.

iii. Tabulate and prepare visitorship statistics, QSM and othermonthly reports.

iv. Conduct monthly checks on all signage and visitor relationsfacilities within Marina Barrage and submit a monthly reporton these checks.

vi. Create and maintain a schedule for filming and photoshootrequests.

vii. Track visitors’ feedback and put-up recommendations forimplementation.

viii. Coordinate events-related works such as monitoring the set up and teardown of events logistics, conduct site recces forboth indoor and outdoor space bookings, plan and executeflagship events when required.

ix. Draft public notices for the Board’s approval for all digitalsignage.

x. Inspect event sites during pre
- and post-handovers whenrequired.

xi. Take over all valuable lost and found items (such as wallets, mobile phones, laptops etc.) from the SVROs, and always keep them under lock and key, while restricting access toothers. The VRE shall call the owner or hand over these items to the Police if they remain unclaimed after 2 weeks.

xii. Attend the fire safety briefing and training (conducted twiceyearly by the Board) and disseminate information to all otherVMS.

xiii. Inform the Board whenever information on the SSG exhibits and/or tour guiding scripts becomes outdated and to seek the Board’s approval on the updated scripts before disseminating the information to the SVROs.

Qualification:
At least a degree (preferably in Mass Comm, Hospitality or Event)

at least 3 years of working experience

Pay: From $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Shift system
- Weekend availability
