**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide frontline customer service;
- Co-ordinate between workshop and customer, updating of job status;
- Prepare job cards/orders for customers' requirements
- Perform check-in and out of vehicles
- Order spare parts
- Prepare quotation and proforma invoices
- Job progress follow-up and recommendation of any additional jobs required when necessary;
- To provide initiative to ensure smooth and efficient operation;
- Shifting of vehicles
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned by superior.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum NTC/Nitec in Automotive Technology or at least 2 years in the automotive after-sales car & commercial vehicle(workshop)
- Good communication skills, English & Mandarin.
- Class 3 & 4 driving licenses with a minimum of 2 years of experience
- Must be hardworking & highly Responsibility
- Computer literate

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
