We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Senior Digital Client Engagement Manager, Securities Services Digital, Data & Innovation.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Support digital client engagements for digital solutions, products and services as part of the wider Digital, Data & Innovation group within HSBC Securities Services
- Partner with Sales, Client Sectors, and Digital Client Enablement team to develop thought leadership on client's business and industry
- Work with clients, both internal and external, to understand organically clients’ needs and requirements for digital channels and services, and identify opportunities to enhance client experience
- Work with Innovation team to host client workshops and forums
- Set medium/long term vision and account planning with the client, by positioning digital solutions appropriately to meet client business objectives
- Deliver client-centric solutions by partnering with cross regional teams to align objectives, improve relationships and streamline processes
- Demonstrate deep understanding of the Global Business and Product Strategies, market insights and employing design thinking to translate those into solution requirements
- Contribute experience and expertise to Securities Services digital & innovation strategy
- Represent Securities Services in Group-wide digital and data strategy initiatives
- Provide thought leadership, representing Securities Services externally in the field of Digital, Data & Innovation, including conferences, trade and client events
- Manage relationships with business stakeholders, clients, fintechs, regulators and industry partners
- Take a pro-active approach in monitoring the market and technology developments likely to be relevant to the securities services industry

Requirements

**Requirements**:

- More than 8 years’ experience of working in a significant client engagement/management function in a large, complex organisation
- Knowledge of Securities Services will be an added advantage
- Strong influencer, capable of genuinely inspiring others
- Proven track record in driving discussion and workshops with clients, and demonstrating digital thought leadership
- Strong client relationship building and management skills
- Highly strategic and creative thinker
- Result oriented, able to drive a ‘think client’ and ‘think P&L’ approach within defined risk parameters
- Able to manage a complex and multi-disciplinary global environment (‘building bridges’)
- Strong leadership qualities of decision making, authority and people motivator
- Good communicator, both verbally and in writing
- Able to work in pressurised environment and manage priorities effectively and be a good team player at the same time
