As a Concierge Officer, you will be at the frontline of Sea Group, upholding our image to our partners and visitors. Being the first point of contact for our company, you will play an important role in welcoming and attending to the needs of our partners and visitors to ensure great customer experience.

As we strive to provide a comfortable and conducive environment for our employees, you will also be the face for our employees, listening to their feedbacks and attending to their needs.
- Drive continuous improvement in HR projects for the region
- Provide support for people-related operations and implement changes to support business growth
- Work closely with local and regional stakeholders to develop and streamline HR operation processes
- Develop HR data analytics for management and regulatory reporting
- Utilize data and insights to scale existing processes for growing and/or changing user needs
- A degree from a well-regarded university with good academic credentials
- Stellar people and project management capabilities
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, hands-on execution, problem-solving and result orientation
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
