**About the Role**
As the People Operations Executive, you will report to the People Operations Business Partner and play a key role in administering the end-to-end employee lifecycle from onboarding, development, retention, and separation. To be successful in this role, you should be organized, have strong time management skills, and be a people person. You will be set up with the tools for success and be expected to deliver.
If you want to establish yourself as an HR professional, then this is a great opportunity to learn from a strong People team and be exposed to various HR projects. You’ll also have a unique opportunity to experience first-hand how a high-growth start-up works internally and be exposed to the moving parts of the organisation across all functions.
**Responsibilities**:
- Facilitate end-to-end HR administration from staff onboarding, performance management, development, and separation
- Be the ultimate employee advocate, acting as the first point of contact to address employee questions
- Manage HRIS (employee data, employment changes, leave, etc) and respond to employee and manager requests
- Maintain accurate employee records (e.g., promotion, resignation, salary change, etc)
- Support payroll processing and administration
- Participate in HR projects to improve our processes and ultimately, our Homagers’ experiences
- Champion the Homage culture
**About You**
You are passionate about people and the impact you have on the community. You are curious and do not accept the status quo. You challenge yourself to look beyond the obvious and are known for getting things done. You are a stickler for excellence and possess a keen eye for detail. You have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and dealing with people.
Further to this, you have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study (Business Administration, Human Resources or relevant experience)
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in a dynamic fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a high-growth environment / start-ups preferred
