An expanded product range investing in a larger number of countries and property types, a greater number of investment professionals and a desire to continue developing innovative products means that there should be suitable focus on investment process and performance.

**About the Job**

We are looking to hire an Executive Assistant in to our Singapore office, to provide direct support to the Co-Head of Client Capital for Asia Pacific, who is also a member of our Global Executive Committee.

**Key Responsibilities**

Responsibilities and tasks include, but are not limited to:

- Support the Co-Head of Client Capital (APAC) and Business Development Team in the full spectrum of administrative duties
- Manage multiple calendars and schedule meetings, calls, etc
- Coordinate all aspects of logistics for business trips (air travel, hotel accommodation, etc)
- Manage travel expenses and claims/reimbursements
- Other administrative matters as required

**Job Requirements**:

- Demonstrable relevant or related experience in providing secretarial and administrative support to management-level executives and a team of professionals
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative co-ordination, and logistics
- Organised, Self-motivated, and meticulous with attention to detail
- Adaptable team Player
- Good (verbal and written) communication skills, interpersonal and organisational skills
- Diligent and willing to work beyond regular office hours where required
- Experience working in a finance or real estate industry is an added advantage
