**About Our Client**:
Our client is a well-established and reputable company with a global presence. They specialize in providing testing, inspection and certification to various industries, including aerospace, defense, oil and gas, transportation and infrastructure.
- Ensure all invoices and credit notes are created and sent to clients promptly
- Address stakeholders' concerns and communicate with them if necessary
- Manage questions relating to invoicing and coordinate with teams within the organisation
- Manage receipt and the month-end reporting process
- Deliver regular reports on the generated invoices on a weekly and monthly basis
- Assist the Customer Services team with their reporting and auditing needs
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned

**The Successful Applicant**:

- GCE O Level or Diploma in Accountancy, or equivalent
- At least 2 years of AR experience
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work in fast paced environment
