**About the Job**:
The Corporate Legal Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the legal aspects of our company’s overseas business operations. This position involves providing legal guidance on company policies, mitigating risk and supporting various business units and corporate functions on legal aspects. The Corporate Legal Manager will ensure strict compliance with all national and international laws and regulations, working closely under the direction of the Corporate Legal Director to maintain the legal integrity of our company’s global operations.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Draft, revise, and review various legal documents (including but not limited to: business contracts such as contracts, agreements, letters of intent to be signed by the company externally, investment project contracts, daily operational procurement contracts), as well as legal consultation on the aforementioned contracts.
- Provide advisory guidance on legal aspects to ensure the lawful operation, standardized operation, and avoidance of legal disputes for the company.
- Provide legal consultation on daily affairs related to the company's main business based on the nature, characteristics, and processes of the company's business and management activities.
- Provide legal regulations, laws, and related format contract texts in the relevant industry.
- Monitor enforcement of standards and regulations with collaborate with various department.
- Identify possible compliance risks with assessing the business future ventures.
- Identify compliance issues and provide advice or training.
- Assist & provide legal advice for Merger & Acquisition, Due Diligence, joint venture, supply chain management and ah-hoc matter.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Legal or related studies.
- At least 5 years of experience in a legal/compliance counsel/manager.
- Legal experience in both Singapore and China.
- Good knowledge of legal requirements and procedures ideally within M&A trading or joint venture & supply chain management.
- Experience in international commodity trading, M&A, legal and compliance in the logistics industry, and negotiating joint ventures.
- Experience in law firm is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to work independently and contribute within a diverse organization.
- Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin.
