About the Role
A leading global professional services company has partnered with Elevate and seeks a highly skilled Lawyer to lead and oversee corporate compliance investigations.
You will lead high-profile compliance and workplace investigations across diverse regions. Your work will influence senior executives and shape the company’s ethical culture worldwide.
What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end investigations into sensitive misconduct and compliance issues.
Define scope, develop strategy, and manage legally privileged inquiries.
Conduct interviews, analyse evidence, and deliver clear, actionable reports.
Advise leadership on risks, solutions, and long-term preventative measures.
Partner with HR, Legal, and global leaders to resolve complex matters.
Mentor and support investigation teams, setting global best practice standards.
Stay ahead of evolving laws, regulations, and compliance trends.
What You Bring
6–8 years PQE with proven expertise in investigations or employment law.
Exceptional communication skills with the presence to influence senior leaders.
Strong judgment, strategic thinking, and resilience under pressure.
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work across cultures.
Qualifications
A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or equivalent is required.
Fluency in Thai is highly beneficial.
