A reputable energy company that is publicly listed in its home country is actively recruiting a legal counsel as part of their expansion plan, to be based in Singapore. In this newly created role, you will handle a broad spectrum of general corporate, contracts, commercial matters and provide legal advisory support to the business in multiple jurisdictions. This is an exceptional opportunity for junior private practice lawyers who are keen to move in-house and take on a global portfolio. Litigation lawyers with some experience handling corporate work would be considered too.
- A recognized degree in law and be admitted to the Bar in a commonwealth jurisdiction.
- 3-5 years’ PQE including a few years gained in practice.
- A strong commercial mindset and an eagerness to learn.
- The ability to work independently and be strong team players.
