**Responsibilities**:

- Manage production consumables inventory levels for continues operations without stock out/disruptions. Work with suppliers/vendors on competitive cost savings. Ensure timely invoicing/payments.
- Coordinate new hire orientation and on boarding including setting up the standard work area to new/transfer associates.
- Maintains Production Department organization chart, maintains role profiles and production matrix, production meeting minutes and overall ownership of shared folder for production.
- Prepares monthly/periodic report for Manufacturing Department, including budget, spending, forecast, headcount, KPIs, project updates, leaves, overtimes, and training status.
- Provides secretarial, administrative including document control and public affairs support for several departments including department leaders and heads. Backups for other department administrators as and when required
- Assist in departmental activities coordination including batch records review, scheduling of work orders and other SAP related transactions. Backing up production planner as needed
- Perform any other responsibility as assigned by supervisor.

**Education**:
Minimum Diploma in any discipline

**Experience**:

- Minimum 4 - 6 years of working experience, preferably in a cGMP Pharmaceutical manufacturing environment and possess good written / verbal communication skills. Microsoft excel skills is a must.Tags
