**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead, mentor and manage a team ensuring high performance and adherence to HC admin processes.
- Lead and participant in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Work closely with HC Employee Relations on disciplinary inquiry related activities.
- Responsible for management of flexi staff, including their shift biddings and accurate payments to flexi staff.
- Review Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and conformance
- Design and manage dashboards and performance metrics to monitor KPIs and enable analysis of data.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements various automation and digital tools.
- Lead and participant in audits and assessments to ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, and identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.
**Key Requirements**
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in any field, with preference for Business Analytics
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Independent, driven and resourceful team player with the ability to multi-task.
- Have prior experience in process improvement projects through use of automations.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Effective team management and leadership skills.
- Familiarity in creation of dashboards is an added advantage.
