**Key Responsibilities** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
**Please note that this a 6-months contract position.**
- Responsible to provide support in the Human Capital Shared Services.
- Local and Non-Local
- Lost or Renew airport pass
- Submit request in MOM WPOL Portal for Lost /Damaged work permit cards.
- Responsible in updating the Allowances/Deduction action in ECP and obtain approval from respective stakeholder.
- ID Card Printing (For New Hire and Card Replacement)
- Assist in Digitalize P-files to the correct SharePoint Folder.
- Assist on Monthly Schedule for Walk In Interview.
- Assist in Data Creation for New Hire and any other data entry updates (e.g. wrong date/spelling/missing details).
- Assist in Data Rectification and Amendments as and when required.
- Track and maintain all HR data in SucessFactor (OnePeople) and ensure that data entry is updated in a timely manner.
- Other ad hoc assignment/responsibilities will be assigned as and when required.
**Key Requirements** KEY REQUIREMENTS**
- Possess a Diploma in any discipline
- Independent, driven and resourceful team player with ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word;
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
