**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Understand clients' needs and requirements and present appropriate solutions to meet those needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements and close deals to achieve sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Collaborate with the relevant team members to develop strategies for generating leads and promoting products or services.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts, and provide feedback to management on sales performance and market trends.
- Participate in sales meetings, conferences, and industry events as required.
- Continuously update knowledge of products, services, and industry regulations.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a sales executive or relevant role.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated and driven with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Base + Commission: $9000 ~ $12000
- Job Type -Full Time
- Salary: $9,000.00 - $12,000.00 per month
