We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive / Sales Executive to join our hospitality/restaurant team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving corporate sales, building strong relationships with clients, and achieving revenue targets within the hospitality/restaurant industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities for events, catering and sales of corporate vouchers.

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to promote F&B offerings to potential clients.

  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Collaborate with the catering team to customize offerings based on client needs and preferences.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns to attract customers.

  • Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies.

  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the hospitality/restaurant industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.

  • Knowledge of F&B trends and industry best practices.

  • Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
