Job Description

The Job

To work closely with internal and external stakeholder to deliver the DC services and products per contracts/sales order within the timeline and provide on-going customer service support on data centre services related matters.

Job Responsibilities- Accountable for developing, tracking and meeting service delivery performance goals- Ensure that all services are delivered on time and on budget- To co-ordinate closely with both internal and external project managers to deliver services and products per contracts/sales order within budget and timeline of project/fit-out work within the data centre- Manage vendor relationships, including service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts.- Manage service quality issues escalated by customers and work with operations team and service owners to improve service quality- Conduct regular meetings with customers to review services quality, project/fit-out progress and incidents management- Be the key communication channel to customers during and after service delivery /interruptions- Manage Customer audits and coordinate with internal resources to support the effort- Provide support to quality initiatives targeted towards improving customer experience and business growth- Work with operations team and service owner to develop processes for provisioning of new services- Implement and improve processes and procedures that support the sales team and operations team to capture business growth opportunities- Good understanding of general data centre MEP/IT infrastructure and related technologies- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies- Actively involved in the data centre certification audits

Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering related discipline.- Initiative, possess excellent problem-solving skills & detail oriented- Experience in project management & customer service, data centre experience will be advantageous- Ability to effectively manage and motivate teams individually and through others- Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to work in a team environment- Outstanding communication, presentation and collaboration skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio/ AutoCAD
