Hiring Position: Operations Admin Executive
**Salary**: $2000 - $3000
**Job Description**:
- Coordinate with Manager and client to ensure quality service delivery
- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures to during cleaning operations islandwide
- Handle day to day operations scheduling of cleaners to job required.
- Provide administrative support to the operations team.
- Scheduling and coordinating jobs on a weekly basis.
- Coordinate operations manpower and work plans.
- Coordinates daily operational activities.
- Assign job task to Cleaners.
- Close monitoring of jobs and provide necessary updates to clients.
- Responds to customers' feedback and inquiries, provide good client support and maintaining a good relationship.
- Ensure timely submission & generating monthly reports.
- Manage incoming calls from existing clients. Manages uniform and cleaning supplies inventory.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 2 years experience in relevant duties
Must be strong in administrative support/ skills
Able to work independently, dynamic with initiative within timeline.
A good team player and able to multi-task effectively with minimum supervision
Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Word, MS Excel
Able to communicate in both English & Chinese will be a bonus.
Working day: 5 Days work week (Mon-Fri)
