Admin 1 - Operations Admin (Case & Deployment Focus)
Reports to: Project Manager
Main Focus: Day-to-day operations, case handling, technician deployment
Key Responsibilities:
1. Case Management
- Log all incoming work requests (emergency/urgent/routine)
2. Technician Deployment
- Assign and coordinate technician deployment based on skill and location
- Ensure all jobs are acknowledged and started within response SLA
- Track progress and check for job completion in real-time
3. Closure & Record
- Collect photo proof and service report from technician
- Record all job closures with date/time and job status
- Upload photo and report into central tracking folder or system
4. Coordination
- Provide daily update to PM on urgent or pending cases
- Liaise with FM team for clarification or instruction
- Alert PM of any no-show or repeated issue cases
