
HR & Admin Executive

**Job Responsibilities:
**HR**
- Preparation of HR Letters (employment contracts, confirmation, etc)
- Maintain employee records (soft and hard copies) and update employee information in HRMS (e.g. new hires, resigned staff, etc)
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding administration (e.g. employee orientation, exit interview, etc)
- Manage the HRMS including employee attendance, claims, leaves, performance appraisal, etc
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing monthly data (overtime hours, no pay leaves, allowance, etc)
- Ensure timely submission of statutory matters like MOM and related market surveys, childcare leaves, maternity leaves, paternity leaves and NS man claims
- Source and facilitate staff training, update and maintain staff training records and timely submission of training grant
- Assist in organising company functions and staff welfare activities
- Prepare, compile and submit HR reports to HR Manager monthly and/or ad hoc basis
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned by HR Manager from time to time
**Admin**
- Raise purchase requisitions in ERP system
- Responsible for order and issuance of stationery, pantry supplies and staff uniforms
- Responsible for liaising with office cleaning vendor
- Responsible for incoming mails, office keys, and circulation of memos, as well as the general tidiness of the office
**Job Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
- Meticulous, resourceful, pleasant personality and good interpersonal skills
- Able to handle sensitive information in strict confidence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office
- Experience in Staffing / Recruitment will be an added advantage
