**JOB TYPE**:
Long Term Contract
- **Primary Purpose**:
To solution, design, develop, implement and support BMC Remedy & BMC Helix tools.
**JD - RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather operational requirements and translate them into effective BMC Remedy & BMC Helix solutions.
- Advise on tools technology adoption based on business & technical consideration. Propose integration strategies, according to best practices, for the various technology components to achieve a holistic solution.
- Design, develop, configure, test, implement, support and maintain BMC Remedy & BMC Helix solutions.
- Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders to integrate BMC Remedy & BMC Helix with other systems and tools.
- Lead in POC/POV, product evaluation and tech refresh activities.

**MANDATORY SKILLS/Experience**:

- Remedy Administration and Developer
- Minimum 6-8 years’ experience in IT;
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with implementation and support of BMC Remedy & BMC Helix modules

**Technical Skills**
- Must have ITIL, BMC Remedy & BMC Helix certifications.
- Five (5) or more years of experience as a Remedy Technical Consultant, with hands-on experience in ground up implementations with BMC Remedy & BMC Helix modules & portal:

- Development (Active Links, Filters, Escalations, Form customizations, Workflow Design, SLMs, SR Catalogues, Approval Mappings, Debugging, Reporting, Dashboards, CMDB, Foundation data, UI/UX customization, etc)
- Version upgrades and Patch Management
- Scripting (Angular JS, JavaScript, PowerShell, CSS, HTML, Python)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills related to BMC Remedy & BMC Helix.
- Working knowledge and familiarity of Active Directory, LDAP, XML, Oracle, operating systems (Windows & Linux), is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
