We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to step up and support our Sales Teams.
As the Sales Operations Lead you are responsible for sales forecasting and pipeline health management. You assist with sales process support and month-end and quarter-end deal closure coordination.

Sales and pipeline health management
- Pipeline accuracy of forecasted deals, estimated dates and forecast notes
- Manage 2 pipeline forecast calls and follow up with sellers any missed actions
- Manage the sales component of the sales operations monthly call
- Step into the channel leads role as required for pipeline updates from sellers

Pro active pipeline analytics
- Weekly sales ops report and deep dive analysis report for end of month and Q
- Summary and OG reports for end of month and Q on performance and tracking to target
- Seller and T&T account performance management
- Weekly presentation of sales position and focus areas to channel managers, COO and GM
- Weekly update of forecast month end position to Growth Markets
- Monthly Growth Markets State of the Business Review sales commentary

BD spend tracking and analysis
- Track monthly BD spend and highlight areas of high spend
- Creation and management of BD codes for approved accounts

Help coordinate revenue forecast each month with finance and sellers

Approvals coordination
- Management of opportunity and account approval through deal coaching call
- Attend deal coaching and regional and area deal approval calls for approvals on deals - included note taking
- Management of deal desk including month end closures
- Management of ACME team for month end true ups

Coordinate, manage and submit the fiscal year sales and revenue account and seller targets - for region and area review

Operational and process improvement
- Maintaining process documentation and improvements to current seller processes
- Onboarding new sellers
- Work with the sellers to get compelling and winnable deals out the door and processed through to closure
- Management of all signed contracts
- Management of deals with MSFT regarding the partner portal
- Sales Motion process and closure for accounts with no named seller
