**Responsibilities**
- Manage a team to perform order fulfilment, coordination, and customer service within the sales operations department.
- Oversee customer's order fulfilment and work allocation to ensure all orders are processed with accuracy and timeliness.
- Lead the digital transformation of internal processes to optimise sales support operations.
- Establish, review and update standard operating procedures to continuously improve service standards and ensure alignment to organisation's expectation.
- Train and guide the sales operations team to perform their duties effectively.

**Prerequisites**
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- A strong sense of personal responsibility & ownership and demonstrate initiative on self-learning and self-improvement.
- Excellent analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability and the gumption to challenge the status-quo and improve the existing systems.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
