Job Description
- Lead the global sales operations function, ensuring business continuity and execution excellence.

This role requires strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. You will be responsible for influencing senior stakeholders, driving sales teams to achieve success, and building a high-performing team culture.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Minimum 10 years of experience in sales operations/revenue operations, with at least 6 years in a leadership role in global/matrix organizations.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Analytics, Business, or a related field.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce rollout and governance, sales process design, optimization, and data visualization.
- Strong understanding of data analytics and ability to manage a team of data experts.
