**Purpose of this role**:
You are responsible for the delivery of HR Operations for Singapore manufacturing site and KOSEA region by establishing and implementing first class service delivery processes through improving existing processes and implementing new relevant best practice. Apart from managing the service delivery, this role will also be responsible for ensuring that processes are efficient, compliant and user friendly.

Provides strategic and tactical direction to HR Operations.
Develop a highly competent, motivated and engaged HR Operations team.
Coordinates with HR Business Partners and global HR team to implement, monitor and drive improvements in our HR end-to-end processes, including coordination with other internal and external providers of HR services.
Works with HR Leadership Team, global Subject Matter Experts to make sure HR Operations are aligned and reliable.
Establishes consistent and sustainable standards and practices while creating a balance between global consistency and regional/functional differences/priorities and compliance.
Develops HR Operations SLA, critical metrics, reports and analytics to enable consistency, good practices and decision making.
Understands business needs and priorities, while anticipating future service delivery needs based on changes in the business.
Requires, reinforces and drives a high degree of customer service and customer experience mindset for HR Operations
Coordinates and partners directly with HR Systems and IT partners to drive necessary changes to HR processes and systems; and engages in developing our technology/tools.

**Basic Qualifications**:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
Degree in Business, HR or relevant field.
At least 8 years of relevant work experience in managing HR Operations or HR Shared Service model especially in regional manufacturing industry and MNC environment.
At least 5 years of people management experience with a proven track record of strong leadership skills, team development, and building effective organizations.
Knowledge of local Employment Act in APAC countries and other HR-related statutory act.
