**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Full spectrum of HR functions
- Work Pass Management: Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Training: Training and development
- IR8A submission, IR21 submission
- Proper documentation and filing of employee P-files, HR documents etc.
- Insurance policies and claims: Medical insurance and work injury insurance renewal. Handle workplace accident cases, process medical and insurance claims
- Handle employee disciplinary issues with Department Heads
- Provide coaching and counselling to staff and line managers as and when required
- Administer Attendance, Leaves and bonuses
- Initiate and maintain effective programs for retention, promotion and succession planning
- Advice on Compensation and Benefits in order to ensure company is competitive in the employment market
- Prepare HR reports
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing and creation of talent pipelines to meet recruitment goals
- Performing strategic HR planning to meet business goals
- Creates and maintains all job descriptions within the company
- Performs recruitment efforts for all personnel
- Oversee and manage internal Human Resources function, reporting to Director
**Job Requirements**
- Minimum 3 years of experience a HR function with exposure to talent management, payroll management, compensation and benefits, and generic HR administration activities.
- Have the integrity and high standards in the work you do
- Highly self-motivated and the ability to multi task
- Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
- Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of INFO-TECH HRM System is a plus
- Excellent communications, interpersonal and organisational skills with an eye for details
- Team player actively contributing to positive team spirit, possess a strong desire to create and maintain a unique office culture
- Strong business knowledge and capability to assess HR implications of business priorities
- Numerically inclined with strong multi-tasking and follow-up skills
- Strong undertaking of confidentiality relating to Human Resource
- Structured way of working, logical thinking skills and an independent mind
- Hands-on mentality and can prioritise tasks effectively and efficiently
- Able to work under pressure and manage multiples tasks
