**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in the machinery industry.
- Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to drive sales performance.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including expanding the company's client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Oversee the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to effectively position the company's products and services.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project implementation.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentoring to the sales team.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the machinery industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Knowledge of the machinery industry, including products, solutions, and market trends.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and strategic thinking.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
