**Summary**:

- Develop, support and provides input for deliverables aligned with HEOR and access requirements.
- Executes the country overall pricing strategy, including discounts, rebates and other pricing mechanisms for all new medicines.
- Leads the implementation of a sustainable Patient Access strategy at country level.

**About the Role**:
**Major accountabilities**:

- Develop, support and manage HEOR projects, and HTA value dossier submissions.
- Execute the country overall pricing strategy, including discounts, rebates and other pricing mechanisms for all new medicines.
- Lead the implementation of a sustainable patient Access strategy at country level.
- Evidence generation to support value proposition of innovative medicines.
- Price maintenance for local pricing master-list, internal and external pricing system.
- Governance on the process and documentation of IPAG forms, MOH Guidances, tender documents submission, and reimbursement submissions.
- Monitor and update on the drug subsidy status, insurance coverage plan, and policy changes.

**Key performance indicators**:

- Preparation and coordination of the assigned documents, meeting the set quality standards and on time for submission. Completion of an adequate number of HEOR and HTA projects.

**Minimum Requirements**
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- HEOR and HTA experience is preferable
- Languages: English
