Position Summary

The role will manage Samsung Dotcom and Affiliate Marketing operations for the Southeast Asia & Oceania (SEAO) region. The scope includes formulating strategies, analysing gaps on website/campaign execution and optimizing media investments to ensure delivery of high quality traffic to Dotcom to drive business KPIs for Samsung in this region.

Role and Responsibilities
- Work as a Dotcom & Performance Marketing Specialist within Samsung Online Business group focused on planning, execution, and optimization of Dotcom and Affiliate campaigns;
- Govern operations by working closely with key stakeholders in local markets, agency partners and RHQ/HQ teams. Ensure proper & smooth functioning of the operations with proper project management, supervision and cross-team collaboration;
- Optimize performance of campaigns across Affiliate channel, monitoring performance metrics across all markets in SEAO and across product categories;
- Manage affiliate investments made with partners to ensure that campaign goals are achieved;
- Develop analytics dashboards to track, monitor and report on campaign performance and ROIs;
- Collaborate with stakeholders to strategize to ensure execution excellence against owned and paid media channels;
- Develop relevant guidance materials and conduct trainings for stakeholders where necessary

Skills and Qualifications
- 1~3 years of work experience; experience in website management/performance marketing in the hospitality or airlines industry and/or a large eCommerce company would be ideal;
- Experience in website/CMS management; AEM would be preferable
- Must showcase deep analytical thinking in deriving key actionable insights through extensive research of primary data sets;
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively with different remote teams in a face-paced environment;
- Detail oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
