**1. Executive Officer, Executive Director's (ED) Office**
- Manage the ED's schedule and appointments i.e. scheduling and arranging meetings, booking meeting rooms, coordinating with other team members, and keeping track of deadlines
- Organise events and meetings _i.e._ planning and coordinating events and meetings, including venue bookings, catering, and other logistics
- Manage files and records _i.e. _keeping track of important documents, maintaining an organised filing system, and ensuring that all files are up to date
- Support and assist other team members with administrative tasks _i.e._ as booking of travels or scheduling meetings
- Provide research and analysis _i.e._ conducting research on specific topics, analysing data, and presenting findings to the ED
- Handle confidential information and ensure that it is kept secure and protected
- Assist and support the ED in special projects or initiatives _i.e._ fundraising campaigns or community outreach programmes
**Job Requirements**:
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field
- Have prior experience in a similar role, preferably in a non-profit organisation (Fresh grads are also welcome to apply)
- Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
- Knowledge of the non-profit sector and social issues is an advantage
**2. Senior Executive Officer, Fund Raising & Partnership**
- Develop and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet the organisation's financial goals
- Research and identify potential donors and grant-making organisations
- Build and maintain relationships with donors and grant-making organisations, including regular communication and reporting
- Lead and manage the fund raising and grant management team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals
- Develop and maintain a donor database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of donor information
- Analyse and report on fund raising and grant management performance, providing recommendations for improvement
**Job Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (_e.g_. nonprofit management, business, communications, or marketing)
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fund raising and grant management, with a proven track record of success
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with donors and grant-making organisations
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Experience managing a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of fund raising software and tools
**3. Senior Executive Officer, People & Culture**
Your role will involve fostering strategic collaborations between the organisation, Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs), and emerging professionals. You will be responsible for developing, engaging and sustaining partnerships that contribute to the growth and success of the community while providing valuable opportunities and support to emerging professionals. You will also have the opportunity to shape our volunteer programme and work closely with a diverse group of volunteers to maximise their impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partner institutes of higher learning (IHL) and emerging professionals
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as IHLs and student organisations
- Collaborate with IHLs to develop innovative initiatives, programmes, and projects that foster leadership development
- Identify and explore partnership opportunities with organisations and associations focused on the development of emerging professionals
- Connect and foster relationship with AMP bursaries and scholarship recipients and build affinity to the organisation
- Organise networking events and industry-specific panels to connect emerging professionals with professionals and organisations in their field of interest
- Promote engagement opportunities for emerging professionals, including participation in projects, volunteer programmes, and leadership development initiatives
- Develop and implement strategies to recruit passionate emerging professionals as volunteers who align with our organisation's mission and values
