The Role
- Lead preparation of periodic compliance reports/reviews and filing of regulatory filings and reporting to satisfy regulator and firm management requirements
- Assist with compliance and other regulated related matters with external compliance advisors
- Promote compliance awareness in the firm

To Qualify
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) and 2- 4 years of relevant experience with an asset management firm, securities regulator, broker, law-firm, or compliance consultant;
