**YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Perform name check screenings on new business, existing clients, change of servicing brokers, policy claims and etc. using Dow Jones, World Check and other public websites such as Google.
- Perform Non-Bank Referral Source name check screening and reviewing IPG Contracting Questionnaire and supporting corporate documents
- Conduct enhanced due diligence check on prospect/client
- Conduct batch screening on existing clients and review the screening results.
- Track the CPD training hours of the licensed representatives.
- Provide other administrative support to Compliance Department e.g. prepare and circulate the Name Check report to Business Units, Annual Review Report to Management and etc.
- Training/CPD Tracker/e-learning - Update the training attendance and coordinate the e-learning courses for all IPG Howden offices.
- Manage day-to-day operation of the compliance program.
**OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE**:

- Fluent in spoken English and Mandarin
- Competent in written English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
- Competent in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel and Access)
- At least 2 to 3 years of work experience in Compliance is preferred
- Experience in life insurance or private bank industry is preferred
