**Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry-Level Curriculum Specialist and Trainer to join our team. This role involves assisting in the design, development, and delivery of specialised training programmes aimed at educating adults with special needs and their caregivers. Responsibilities include developing curriculum, facilitating training sessions, and supporting the continuous improvement of the curriculum to meet the highest standards and align with our mission of promoting inclusivity and advocacy.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Curriculum Development:

- Assist in developing training modules and materials using SGEnable’s Enabling Skills and Competencies Framework (ESCF)
- Support the design of curricula tailored for adults with special needs and their caregivers. Ensure all training content adheres to best practices, current legislation, and ethical standards.

2. Training Delivery:

- Assist in conducting training sessions using effective teaching methodologies.
- Tailor training delivery to accommodate various learning styles and participant needs.
- Provide support and guidance to training participants. Work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality training standards

3. Evaluation and Continuous Improvement:

- Help evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes through assessments and feedback.
- Analyse data to identify areas for improvement and emerging needs.
- Support the update and refinement of training content and methods based on

4. Train the Trainer Programme:

- Attend internal train-the-trainer programme to develop skills on becoming a better trainer Learn to deliver training programmes and provide mentorship to other trainers within the organisation and community.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in Education, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
- Relevant coursework or internship experience in curriculum development and training delivery, particularly in the area of special needs, is a plus.
- Understanding of the SGEnable’s Enabling Skills and Competencies Framework(ESCF) is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.

**Key Competencies**:

- Interest in special needs education and advocacy.
- Basic knowledge of curriculum design and instructional methodologies.
- Analytical skills for evaluating training effectiveness.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders.

**Working Conditions**:
