Singapore TRAINING VISION INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. Full time

**Key Responsibilities**
- Prepare Course Proposals for SSG Approval (includes queries, documentation and finding developer/s)
- Design, create, review and manage all E-Learning contents
- Develop, Review and Monitor company's WSQ Curriculum based on SSG Skills Framework
- Collaborate with Content partners, Trainers and SMEs on curriculum review and enhancement
- Conduct stand-up trainings for new and revised products to internal and external stakeholders
- Conduct surveys, observations and Learning Circles and action plan/s to continuously improve comapny's courses
- Assist company's Associate Trainers on Curriculum concerns matters
- Partner with Business Units to create bundles of courses

**Qualification Requirements**
- Attained full WSQ DACE certification
- Minimum of Diploma qualification

**Work Experience**
- At least 3 years in curriculum design (preferable)
- At least 3 years working in an ICT sector (preferable)

**Working Conditions**

- Ability to understand WSQ Skills Frameworks, interpret Skills Standards, Technical Skills Competencies (TSC) and Generic Skills Competencies (GSC)
- Ability to write training contents to facilitate learning instructional design
- Ability to design and develop training materials such as Presentation Slides and Lesson Plan when conducting Train-The-Trainers (TTT) and Train-The-Stakeholders (TTS)
