**What the role is**
- As an Executive / Senior Executive, Finance in the Student Development Curriculum Division 2, you will provide support to the Division’s Executive Office at MOE (Grange Road) for their finance and procurement activities. You will also be involved in the streamlining and enhancement of internal finance and procurement processes to bring about greater efficiency

**What you will be working on**
- Assist in the procurement of goods and services as a Purchasing Officer, which involves sourcing for suppliers in the government procurement portal (GeBIZ), preparing tender, invitation to quote or purchase orders, liaising with contractors/vendors and managing contracts - Assist in budgeting and financial operations, which includes the processing of e-invoices, tracking and monitoring of purchase orders, raising journals, and monitoring of budget utilisation - Conduct briefing and sharing sessions for finance and procurement matters and manage related enquiries from internal stakeholders - Review internal financial and procurement procedures and processes to improve work efficiency and effectiveness
