We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Finance Executive/Senior Finance Executive to support daily financial and accounting operations. The role is ideal for individuals with accounting experience who are ready to take on more responsibility in a structured finance team.

You will handle transactional accounting, assist with reconciliation tasks, and provide support for financial reporting. This position offers exposure to a wide range of finance functions and is an excellent platform for career development within a growing company.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform daily finance operations including data entry, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, schedules, and reconciliations.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable functions.
- Process staff claims, petty cash, and employee reimbursements.
- Prepare bank deposits, do basic cash flow tracking, and support bank reconciliation.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
- Support statutory filings such as GST and CPF when needed.
- Assist with audit-related requests and documentation.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate finance processes.
- Perform other administrative and finance-related tasks as assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Accounting, LCCI Higher, or equivalent qualifications.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting support roles.
- Familiarity with accounting software
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic financial functions.
- Good attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Able to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
