Now, we're on the lookout for a professional Senior Finance Executive to join us in Singapore.
Your Role on Our Journey
As a Senior Finance Executive in our Group Finance Department, you will play an integral part in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes. Assigned to the Financial Operations (FinOps) team and reporting directly to the Senior Accountant FinOps, your contributions will be vital to our success.
Your Day-to-Day Adventures

• Take charge of the full finance operations journey for our fleet partners — from private hire vehicle lease revenue recognition to benefits tracking and hirer earnings management.
• Keep our numbers on point by managing payouts, receipting, reconciliations, and other key fleet partner transactions with accuracy and care.
• Drive a smooth and timely billing process for our corporate clients — because we know great partnerships run on precision.
• Safeguard the integrity of our financial data, ensuring every record aligns with company policies and industry standards.
• Close each month with confidence, leading the month-end process for fleet partner accounts.
• Play a vital role in shaping our future by supporting budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Partner with teams across the business to troubleshoot issues, solve discrepancies, and make our financial processes smarter every day.

What Makes You a Perfect Fit

• Diploma or degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• More than 3 years of experience in a finance-related role, with a solid foundation in day-today

financial operations.

• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in managing tasks and meeting deadlines.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Excel (intermediate to advanced), including formulas, pivot

tables, and data analysis.

• A positive attitude and a drive for continuous learning and process improvement.
