**Job Description**:
Operational Management
- Manage and supervise the operations in pursuance to MINDS and cluster’s overall vision and objectives
- Ensure the programmes in residential services are run in accordance with licensing and funding bodies' requirements with high standard of corporate governance
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all clients and staff
- Implement trans
- or multi-disciplinary case management and review processes for the programmes and operations

Leadership Management
- Provide guidance, mentoring, supervision to the respective Managers, Assistant Managers and Supervisors on the management of residential services
- Provide leadership and guidance to social workers on admission, transition and discharge of clients to and out of residential services

Financial Management
- Oversee the budget planning and financial matters of residential services
- Oversee the client fees, subsidies and procurement process of residential service

Strategic Management
- Develop and establish professional or social networks with the community so as to leverage on the community resources and volunteers to meet the various needs of the residential services
- Renew, develop and execute programmes which will enhance the quality of life of the residents/clients and their caregivers
- Drive the enhancements and expansion of residential and community living services

Resource Management
- Review and manage the use and optimization of resources allocated
- Build staff capabilities and competencies
- Review funding proposals for delivery of MINDS residential and community living services

**Qualification**:

- Degree in any discipline with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Residential Services operations preferred.
- Effective and good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Motivated and able to work independently.
- Passion to work with people with intellectual disabilities.
