Residential Property Services Manager

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Services Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring seamless property handovers.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, with experience in handling multiple residential projects. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire property lifecycle, from pre-handover readiness inspections to post-handover support. Your expertise will ensure that our customers receive a smooth and stress-free transition into their new homes.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead pre-handover readiness inspections and ensure compliance checks are completed.
  2. Coordinate key handover process, including handover kits, documentation, and site walkthroughs.
  3. Provide customer support during the Defects Liability Period (DLP), assisting with defect rectification and coordinating between buyers and contractors.
  4. Plan and execute buyer-centric programs and events, such as on-site activities and community gatherings.
  5. Maintain CRM records and generate regular management reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Degree in Real Estate/Property Management or equivalent discipline.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in property/facility management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to deliver quality service to stakeholders.
