Roles & Responsibilities

**About the Role**:
This role is highly cross-functional, where you’ll work with some of the brightest minds in payments and FinTech across sales, customer success, solution engineering, product, and marketing. With a combination of strategy, creativity, and grit, you’ll develop relationships with influential players and craft innovative partner programs to bring outstanding solutions to our customers. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Driving revenue through strategic partnerships in key APAC markets (Hong Kong, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and surrounding geographies).
- Balancing resourceful outreach with data-driven focus, supervising success through important metrics and working to define a partner strategy in-region.
- Drive and attend partner meet-ups, industry events, and other in-person meetings to deepen relationships, becoming a critical voice and evangelist among partners.
- Working with a global cross-functional team collaboratively to develop and launch partner programs.

**About You**:

- At least 5 years of proven experience in Partnerships or Business Development roles at a technology, e-commerce, payments, or financial services company. Strategy background is a plus.
- A holder of BA/BS degree.
- Existing network in payments, e-commerce, FinTech preferred.
- Understanding of payments preferred, or ability to quickly learn complex concepts.
- Confident in relationship building and public speaking with high EQ and a sense of modesty and humor.
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment: proactive, self-motivated, results-oriented, and organized.
- Collaborative and open, with experience working with product, engineering, sales, and marketing teams.
- Desire to travel: up to 20% of time.
- Proficient in English, working proficiency in Chinese/Mandarin a plus.
