**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for sales operation support including customer management, sales documentation (quotations, invoices, debit/credit notes), vehicle servicing and inspections, warranties, etc
- Conduct credit checks on all new customers, establish and manage credit limits
- Responsible for timely debtors’ report
- Ensure timely collection of monies due to Instant Access and by others in the Instant Group of companies
- Responsible for managing vendors and accounts payable
- Assist in Tenants management and reporting
- Assist in financial and operation audit (including internal, external, ISO) as required
- Ensure good housekeeping and proper record retention
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties as and when required by your manager

**Requirements**:

- Meticulous and conscientious
- Able to work with minimum supervision
- Minimum O levels or equivalent
- Basic certificate in accounting preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Able to communicate to all levels
- Self-motivated personality
