Accountability: Admin & HR Manager / Assistant Admin & HR Manager

**Salary**: up to $2600

Basic Function: Responsible for customer’s enquires and other related services for foreign workers accommodation at S11 dormitories including issuing of invoices to customers.

Responsibilities & Authorities:
1. Handle and manage customer requirement on dormitory accommodation.

2. Maintain good rapport with the customers.

3. Issue billing to customers on licence agreement, rental, fines, etc.

5. Handle & manage the registration of bicycle, TV & fridge and food warmers.

6. Coordinate closely with Admin Executive/Officer pertaining to Residents checking in and checking out of the dormitory.

7. Follow up with customer on outstanding accounts.

8. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

Qualification: Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
