**Finance**

Be responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of the Sales, Purchase and Accounting to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the accounting records, including the following:

- Ensuring accurate input of the data in PEACHTREE Accounting
- Handling the Petty cash payment.
- Prepare Bank Reconciliation (prepare payment & monitoring the receipts).
- Processing expense claims after review.
- Managing petty cash and cash travel advances
- Preparing Quotation to customer
- Preparing Timesheet and update the labour cost
- Preparing report for month end closing
- Preparing Payroll

**Admin**
- Basci HR functions,
- Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
- Manage supply of stationery and other office supplies
- Cover for the Finance & Admin Manager in case of absence
- Carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role

**Requirement
- Hardworking and be responsible personnel
- Good communication skill, we are Chinese speaking environment, Chinese skill will be advantage.
- Like to work at west, and accept 5.5 working days.
