**UOB Private Bank**
is dedicated to managing the wealth of high-net-worth individuals with investment assetsof$5millionand above. Keeping in mind our clients’ financial objectives, we provide tailored products and solutions that draw on the Group’s comprehensive suite of personal, business and investment services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior management and internal stakeholders both within UOB Group Private Bank and the larger UOB Group to understand business needs and identify the strategic areas where data science can drive strong business impact, in alignment with the organization's goals and priorities.
- Develop and lead holistic data science strategic projects and initiatives aimed at driving operational efficiencies, accelerate new ways of working, and implement data driven solutions aligned to the wider Private Bank business strategy.
- Leverage the use of data and advanced analytics to design and build predictive models and dynamic client segmentation targeting that will uncover gaps and opportunities within a Relationship Manager’s (RM) portfolio, generating actionable insights that will translate to improved RM productivity.
- Establish best practices for data science project governance, solution development, operationalization and scalability.
- Manage client campaigns with targeted engagements and curated contents via digital channels.
- Establish clear success measures for data science and advanced analytics projects stimulate continual improvement.
- Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies, tools, and platforms to ensure that the organisation remains at the leading edge of data and advance analytics capabilities - including machine learning algorithms and generative artificial intelligence solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior management on data and analytics related matters.

- Stellar stakeholder management - able competently represent UOB PB in engagements with senior cross-functional UOB stakeholders within the wider Group organisation.

**Job Requirements**:

- Advance degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics or a related field preferred.
- A least 12 years of experience within a data science, data analytics, business intelligence role.
- Hands on experience with one or more data analysis, programming and visualization tools such as SAS, Hadoop, R, SQL, Python, Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, and working knowledge of data ecosystems and infrastructures.
- Experience working in a Regional or Global Financial Services provider and/or Private Banking environment preferred.
- Experience holding a leadership or people manager role preferred.
